Bottleneck / pricing power. Gross margin was 45.8% on record revenue, but management warned that rising component costs could compress it — which is what took the stock down on an otherwise strong print. Ubiquiti's model is low-touch distribution at high margin; component inflation hits it directly because it does not have the pricing latitude of an enterprise vendor with a salesforce.
