Investment read

Moat. CRM system-of-record lock-in with genuine data gravity — 32 trillion Data 360 records (+119% YoY), now with Informatica's metadata and lineage catalog embedded, which is the prerequisite for reliable agent reasoning and not something rivals assemble quickly. Agentforce is no longer an option on the moat: $1.2B standalone ARR (+205% YoY), ~$3.4B including Data 360, across 29,000 deals.

Bottleneck / pricing power. Moderate pricing power. Consumption pricing is a genuinely new lever and it is working at the booking line, but revenue recognises one to two quarters behind ARR, and organic growth ex-Informatica is roughly 8%.
